The Library’s C.A.T. is Stratford District Council’s “Customer Access Terminal”. This terminal will allow customers to talk one-to-one with a customer service advisor who is based in Stratford District Council’s headquarters. Each terminal is equipped with a scanner and webcam. The scanner allows you to easily show documents to SDC’s advisors and the webcam allows you to interact face-to-face for a more personal service.
