Members are asked to sign the attendance register before the meeting convenes

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER FOR 2015
Members of the Henley Community Library are urged to attend the Annual General Meeting. Those unable to attend may designate another member to hold their proxy, or may designate the Company Secretary to act as their proxy, with or without direction on voting, by 5 pm on 27 May 2014. Appointing a proxy does not deprive a member of the right to attend and vote at the meeting.
The Directors whose names are starred (*) below are stepping down, some as required by the rotation outlined in our Articles, some because they are unable to continue, ‘Rotated’ directors Judith Lindley and Christine Phillips are willing to continue to serve and members will have the option of proposing and confirming them by a show of hands at the meeting. Two more, Roger Hubbocks and Christopher Milsom, will not continue and additional nominations to the board are welcome. Two new directors, Margaret Stringer and Colin Smith, were seconded to the board during 2013-2014 and also need confirmation from the membership. Nomination forms for other new directors, duly completed, should reach the library desk or official address on Mayswood Rd, Wootton Wawen, B95 6AX, by 5 pm on 27 May.
Nominations for director can be made on the nomination form which can be downloaded from here , providing full details as required by Companies House.
