CITIZENS ADVICE COMES TO HENLEY LIBRARY OFFICIALLY ON 8 NOVEMBER

At noon on November 8 Rev Helen Bell, Methodist Circuit Supervisor, welcomed the community to the official opening of the Citizens Advice Bureau’s newest outreach clinic at the Henley Community Library.  In a key presentation, Stratford CAB Manager Sue Green explained the aims of the clinic.  Formalities concluded with warm congratulations from High Bailiff Fred Dowling, shown sharing the podium with CAB outreach worker Eve England and Henley Town Crier Gordon Trinder.  A sandwich lunch later in the library raised £60 for a second year of clinics and the Henley Food Bank and let representatives of service agencies network and talk with the community.  December clinics:  4th and 18th, January clinics: 8th and 22nd.  Call CAB at 01789 200 136 for an appointment.
